Terms of use

These terms govern your use of abarimar.com and your ordering of projects from AbarImar. By using the site or completing an order, you agree to them.

What the service is

AbarImar is an execution contracting company. It is not a charity and not an intermediary collecting donations. You are buying the execution of a defined project — a well, a mosque, a school or a facility — at a fixed price and within a defined delivery window; our own teams in the execution country carry it out and hand it over ready for use. What you pay is a contract price, not a donation.

Ordering and contract formation

1. You choose a package and an execution country and complete the order form. There is no basket: one order is one package.
2. Your order is created as “awaiting payment”, and at that stage it places us under no obligation.
3. When payment is confirmed — automatically for a card, or by a member of staff after reviewing your receipt for a bank transfer — your project is created and the contract takes effect.
4. Your contract is issued as a PDF at that point, and you receive a tracking link for your project.

No project is created before the money is confirmed as received. Returning to the site from the payment page does not by itself mean the payment succeeded.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Turkish lira and US dollars, and the amount is charged in the currency you select when ordering.
• The price is final and covers execution, documentation and delivery. We add no fees after the order.
• Card payments are made on the payment provider’s own page; we neither see nor store your card details.
• The payment provider may refuse some transactions under its own rules — amount ceilings, or a domestic card being unable to be charged in a foreign currency. Bank transfer is always available in those cases.
• For a bank transfer, execution begins once your receipt has been reviewed and the money confirmed.

Delivery windows

The window shown with each package is an estimated execution period running from confirmation of payment. It can be affected by weather, ground conditions, access and official procedures in the execution country. We will tell you about any material delay, and its cause, on your tracking page and by email.

Site selection

We select the site together with our local partners, according to local need and the suitability of the ground. No particular village or point is guaranteed unless agreed in writing before the order.

The plaque and the dedication

The name on the plaque is required on every order; it is inscribed on the project and appears on the completion certificate. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you write and for your right to use it. We reserve the right to refuse text that is abusive, political, or contrary to the law of the execution country, and will contact you for alternative wording before execution.

Tracking and documentation

We document every stage with photographs, video and the site coordinates, and you follow it from your project’s tracking link. The link is open to anyone holding it, requires no sign-in, is valid for a year, and shows nothing that identifies you. Who you share it with is your decision.

Cancellation and refunds

Governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

We undertake to execute the contracted project to accepted technical standards. We are not liable for delay or impossibility arising from force majeure — war, unrest, natural disaster, a decision of a public authority, or a border closure — and in those cases we will agree with you on either an alternative execution or a refund. In any event our liability does not exceed the amount paid for the project in dispute.

Intellectual property

The text, images and marks on this site belong to AbarImar. The photographs and documents of your own project are yours to use and publish as you wish.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version applying to your order is the one published when you completed it.
